A hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved a hearing boards findings and recommendation that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for one year and one day, with reinstatement conditioned on certain restitution. Given the seriousness of the respondents dishonest conduct and his utter disregard for these proceedings, however, we conclude that a three-year suspension is warranted.
